Book review for "Number the Stars"

For Literature circle's this last couple of weeks I have been reading Number the Stars by Lois Lowry. I finished this book Today about 5 minutes ago actually. Last year my teacher read it to our class but, I was absent many days and did not fully understand it. I loved Number the Stars and I really was interested through the whole book. The Newberry award winner Number the Stars is about a girl named Annemarie and her family that live in a place dictated by German Soldiers. With her friend Ellen and Ellen's Jewish family they go through many heartfelt times of losses and hand-shaking adventures. Especially when the German soldiers Decide to take away all of the Jews. What will happen to Ellen and her family? Will Annemarie get involved? What happened to Annemarie's older sister Lise? Who will get caught? Who will die? What will happen? Read Number the Stars by Lois Lowry to find out.

I loved this book. I would recommend it for ALL ages. It is an amazingly written book that keeps you on the edge of your seat. It is 137 pages of excitement and historical fiction. You can get this book at your local bookstore. I would if I were you. I hope you enjoy it as much as I did.
Peace, Love, Laughs,

Literature Circles

So, we are starting Literature Circles tomorrow and I am really excited it sound's really fun. Literature Circles are when we get into groups and read a book then we discuss the chapter (book) in our groups. The way our teacher does it is that each group has a different book. I do not really know what book I want to do, I would preferably like to read a Fantasy book but, however, any book I'm sure will be fun and interesting to read. Oh well I guess I will let you know which one I pick tomorrow.
Signing Off in hope of world peace,
McKenna
